The Prayer of Remembrance
Today we remember with thanksgiving those who made the supreme sacrifice for us in time of war. We pray that the offering of their lives may not have been in vain. Today we dedicate ourselves to the cause of justice, freedom and peace; and for the wisdom and strength to build a better world.
Amen
It has been lovely to see the students arriving at school with renewed energy and enthusiasm this week. The amazement of the rejuvenated Kindergarten courtyard, the opening of the new classrooms and the removal of the portables has been the talk of the playground!

As we begin a new term we are reminded of the transformative power of new beginnings, an opportunity to set new goals, learn new things and create positive change. We encourage our learners to start the term with a spirit of curiosity, enthusiasm and determination.
We begin the enrolment period for 2024 with our Open Days on Wednesday May 3 at 9.30am, Wednesday May 10 at 9.30am and 5.00pm. This week your child will bring home some postcards for distribution, these postcards provide a glimpse into the wonderful learning opportunities and supportive community that we offer at Holy Trinity. We would appreciate if you and your family could take a walk in your neighbourhood and deliver these to mail boxes near you.
In Week 3 we will celebrate the Mothers and special females in our community with a breakfast coordinated by the P & F, please see the invitation, we look forward to welcoming many of you to this event.
Although it has been a short week, it has been wonderful to be back at school enjoying a great start to Term 2.
Warm Regards
Prue Sheargold
